| 1. | How long does it take for my dress to arrive? |

| a. | Wedding gowns typically require 6-8 months to arrive. Bridesmaid’s/Mother’s/Flowergirls/Special Occasion dresses typically take 3-4 months to arrive from the time they’re ordered. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. |

| 2. | What sizes do you carry? |
| |
| a. | Ballett’s carries a variety of sample sizes. Typically samples range from 8-14 but we do carry other sizes in our stores. We also carry a selection of plus sized samples. When ordering, we are able to order dresses in sizes 0-30, depending on the manufacturer. Please note, bridal wear sizing is not the same as most street wear. It is typical to have to go up 1-3 dress sizes when ordering a wedding gown/bridesmaids dress etc. |

| a. | Ballett’s is proud to carry dresses for any budget. Please visit your nearest location to discuss your budget and styles with a bridal consultant. |

| 4. | Do you have colour swatches available? |

| a. | Yes. We carry colour swatches for most available dresses at all of our locations. |

| 5. | Do you provide alterations onsite? |
| |
| a. | Yes. Ballett’s is pleased to provide onsite alterations with experienced bridal seamstresses at most locations. At the locations we do not have in house seamstresses, we have partnered with local seamstresses in order to refer you to a professional. | a. | Appointments are always recommended in order to assure we can provide you with the best service possible. Of course, if you happen to walk in, we would be thrilled to assist you find your perfect dress. |

| a. | Ballett’s carries the latest fashions from the industry’s top designers. In addition to those shown on our website we carry many more in-store. Please visit your nearest location to see all the dresses we carry. |

| 9. | What information do I need to share with my bridal consultant when coming in the store to select my dress/bridesmaids dresses? |

| a. | It is helpful to have a vision of your day in your head. Does your wedding have a theme? What budget are you working with? Have you selected your colours? It is always great to bring photos of gowns you like from our website so we can easily find them for you to try on! |
